We loved the clean room, the kids enjoyed the 24/7 snack station, and my mother appreciated the helpful staff. The bubble tea place right downstairs was a special treat we couldn't resist, and funding our way around was easy with the MRT close by.
In my wife's opinion, more space would have been great for our family.

The 24/7 snack bar was a game changer, with a wide variety of snacks and delicious drinks, made lounging in the lobby extra enjoyable. The location is super convenient too, with easy access to the MRT station and plenty of eateries around. A suggestion for improvement would be to expand the breakfast options to include more local specialties.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from the MRT station and vibrant night markets. The cleanliness of my room was excellent, contributing to a comfortable stay. Noise significantly traveled from the common areas, disrupting the peace I desired in my room. Certain amenities felt limited given my expectations for this price range during a busy season. Dining options could have included local favorites, like shabu shabu, which would have added to the experience.
